FLOW was founded by Marwa Soliman, out of a passion and a mission- to uncover and nurture the leadership potential within organizations.

Marwa’s passion is ignited by the motto ‘Making a Difference’, simple words, and impactful results. With over 20 years of experience in HR and Learning and Talent Development with global corporate organizations, she believes in bringing value to others with authenticity. Marwa has worked with large multinational and international businesses across many industries including FMCGs, Engineering, Technology, Consulting and Start-ups. She lived and worked in Europe, Middle East and Asia regions connecting with diverse cultures and people, with true appreciation and understanding of East and West, supported by multilingual abilities.
